Chistmas Card - 5th text block missing for customer to edit.

Been trying to see why the 5th editable text block is now missing for this design collection for the customer.

I tested a few cards from that group...they all did not provide the 5th block. What am I missing here? I know it worked before when I made them. Now they are all useless.

I see what you mean though, the last line for family name is not included on the left panel as template text.
But you can double-click on it from the right side to edit, same as the other text blocks that ARE templates.

I had something similar happen with one design, noticed a month or so ago that one of the text blocks I set as template on a card had disappeared.

Thank you for the response Col. I looked at it and the slider to make is a template object is to the right just like all the other text blocks. I am sure a savvy shopper and go to the back end and just change the family name. ...but most might not. Or ...is there a setting that I messed up on as all the text blocks seem to have the same settings. Here is another one but there ae many with the exact same issue. Did you find a discrepancy as to how I created 1-4 vs 5?

Hi,
Is in addition to the
"Make this a template object"
The button under product label and URL parameter
"Allow editing on product page" activated?
(Happened to me a couple of times accidentally.)
