Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to only create digital downloads or do you also have to have a listing of a physical product and digital download is just an alternative option? Thank you

You do have to create a physical product and add the digital download as an alternative currently.

I'm wondering... then why do I see listings all over the place that are shown with the digital download option first? I've been trying to figure out how to do this, an d when I try to create one as an instant digital download, with the option for printed physical invitation as well in the drop down), it auto reverts back to "printed invitation" shown first. I see so many other listings that have it shown first, and I would love to know how to make this available to my customers as the first option - I receive so many customer messages asking "if I offer the digital download version of this invitation" - seems to get lost to a ton of customers in the drop down. Would love some help on this topic! Thank you so much ♥
