topic Image Error in Create Products

I'm getting error that says I can not use images I do not own. The problem is, I made the background design years ago. I'm trying to post cards for sale but every background that I own isn't recognized as such.

Update: I hate to inform, that after more investigation, it appears someone has hijacked my work as their own. I haven't been designing much due to illness. I made these on Photo Shop years ago.
