Hi there!

For International Zazzle Creators who's been on the platform for quite some time, when did you receive your 1042-S tax form? Can we request it to have it sent via email?

@Monet Just been checking whether there was a postal date on last year's envelope and I can't find a post mark. Normally sometime in the Spring. You can always ask if they'll email it to you.

Maybe one day we'll be able to download it from our account. Cross fingers

Hey @Monet,

I have been advised that the 1042-s forms are usually sent out in March. They can take up to 30 days to arrive. If the form does not arrive within the 30 days of sending, we can look into other means of sending the form.

I haven't gotten mine yet (I'm in Canada). March 15th is historically when I receive the paper copy, and yes, I would love to be emailed a PDF.

In the interim, I just add up my earnings from the Payments History to arrive at a figure for the year.

Hi Mark!

I just emailed support about this and my inquiry was not answered, just a copy and paste from the 'help articles'. I have not received my tax form 1042 until now. April 10 as of this writing. I need it before April 15 (which is a Monday, so April 13-14 is a weekend so no office). Please send me the PDF file on or before April 12 (Friday). If you need any verification documents let me know.

*I hope Zazzle consider this being sent via PDF in the next few years. We can probably send a valid ID to verify our address. I had a similar problem last year (but it's just beyond my control). I'm not sure what's going on with our local post office as a similar situation has been happening with our other local mail for quite some time already.

Hi @Mark !

I have submitted my 1042-s form to our Tax Division. I got a reply asking me to "submit a certified true copy of contract duly signed by both parties, if available, or any competent proof covering 2023 transactions with Zazzle, Inc." Have you encountered a similar situation? What document can I submit? 😅
