Featured Products Question

The first time I've ever used this featured products and now I'm not sure how to remove them! If I click them all and then click on REMOVE, they don't get deleted, right?

Sorry, I just wanted to be sure I don't delete them!

In the Advanced Settings in your store - under visible sections - if you have Products in the right hand side - click 'Show All' and that in theory should remove the featured products (and not delete - just remove from just the visible section) -

Don't forget to press Submit to save and wait for the site to catch up (could take a while)

It has taken a few days on average before I see the new additions to my featured products in the public view.

Well, it still isn't working. I cannot remove my featured products, I've tried several times. I want to make a new batch of featured products but the old ones will not REMOVE when I select them all and click on the remove option.

Is there a way to see which products have been classified as "featured" so we can edit that list?

@LindaS1 in your store back end (on desktop) look on the left hand side under the department section and under your store name

If any products have been classed as featured they should appear when you click "'Featured Products" . You should be able to un-feature them (I have never done this so can't be 100% sure that this is what you do)

Noting is happening with this... I REMOVE an item from Featured Products, and it's still there. I move the Products section in Advanced Settings to the left, then back again to the right to show All Products, and it still shows things in a random and unwanted order. Seems we should have some control over how the individual products show on our home page?
