And where the 'lines' are? There are gridlines in the design tool but they don't copy over to the finished mug. Your background needs to be totally transparent and it looks like yours isn't fully. (ie has a slight gray transparency)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try and rework your artwork and make sure it's totally transparent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
