Royalties vs Referrals on Framed Prints - ?

Was just re-reading this announcement from last September.

Frames are defined as “Accessories” in our Creator License Agreement, but were accidentally characterized as “Upcharges” in our system during the refresh. Since Upcharges receive a 5% royalty, while Accessories are not eligible for royalties

So just making up numbers here, say

print = $25
frame = $75
customer pays total = $100

Designer earns:
their set royalty % on $25
nothing on the $75
- for those of you with framed sales, how do they show on your Royalty History report? Does it show you the $100 paid by the customer or just the $25 you earned a royalty on? If so, how do you know the ordered it with a frame?

And big question - What does the referrer earn? 15/35 on the $25 or the whole $100?
