Just had a query from a customer regarding the floor decals, asking how difficult the decal is to remove off a tile floor once it is used? They don't want to damage the floor. Does anybody know or have you maybe received feedback from a customer regarding this?

This is a question you shouldn't have to answer. The only questions that you can honestly reply to have to do with your designs. Direct your customer to Zazzle directly at www.zazzle.com/about/ask.

Many of us use a canned response when a customer asks us about anything other than designs. You may use this one or create your own.
