I read something on the forum a while back which implied that you could somehow link collections together. Like when you got to the end of one collection there would be a link to a related collection? I think this is a lovely idea, especially for related collections like a wedding and bridal shower suite using the same artwork. But I can't find anything in the collections back-end that would allow you to do this, and honestly I haven't seen any collections by other designers using this feature, so I'm wondering if it was just wishful thinking on someone's part or if I hallucinated the whole thing or what.

Does this ring a bell for anybody?

Well anyhow, assuming it's not a feature, I think it would be great if it could be...

If you're viewing an actual Collection page, at the bottom is an "Other Collections you may like by [DesignerName]" scroll. So like on your Blue Boho Bridal Shower Collection I see this scroll -

I do recall a thread i think where people were trying to figure out if they could influence what appears in the scroll in what order but I don't believe that's really possible. Looking at mine, they appear in the scrolls in the same order as they appear when I view my store's Collection tab as public viewer.

The only thing I can think of is if you have the same product in two collections, then that single item would show both collections. The primary collection, and then would have the arrow to the secondary. But not really officially linkiing the two collections.

OOOOOHHH! I think that's it! That certainly would be what I'm looking for anyway. Thanks for the tip! I'll do some investigating and see if it works for my products/collections. Thanks so much!

Edited: OK, where is this arrow supposed to be? Is it on the product page for the product itself? I'm not seeing anything.

@CatIf a product is in a cross sell collection - you can't see if it's in any other collection from the product page (i.e - there is no arrow to the next collection)

That only works if collection type is similar style/different style/gift theme

Cross sells take over everything

Thanks so much for explaining that! That's a bummer because it would be really nice to be able to link them together somehow.
