Changing a collection from private to public or visa-versa

Hi. Can someone tell me how to make this change? One of my collections has been set to private unintentionally. How do I make the change?

I'n having the same issue. Very strange because they are all "green and marked active"

Hi @A_New_View, so to manage your Collections, go to your Store, then click on the Collections tab. From there you can set the visibility of the individual Collections. I hope this helps you.

I have the same problem. I'm in the 'collections" area, but I can't find any info on private / public settings

Check to see if you store is set to be private. If its not then I think the private on the collection must be a glitch. Today I added a few new collections to my cat store. You can see that the newest collection is public but the one I created this morning is private. And it should be public. I checked the backend and do not see a way to make my collection private or public.

@Susang6 try sharing the collection and see if the "this is private - make it public" kicks in. (either via the edit collection or collection page)

Thank you for the tips. I shared and collection immediately changed to public.
