      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would really hope so! Although I have been wondering myself as I get a lot of non-responses from customers. But those are mostly people who are asking for help with things only Zazzle can help with and I pass along the link to them.&amp;nbsp; But never get a 'thanks' even on those.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.zazzle.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9596"&gt;@Fiona&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;just so you know on our side of things.&amp;nbsp; My 'you have a message' emails are sent straight to spam on gmail.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if there is anything Zazzle can do about that?&amp;nbsp; All other Zazzle e-mails from the normal e-mail blasts and if I'm in contact with support come through the inbox.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
