How do you create products for these?

I am tidying up my store and came across the 'Templates' from the Department menu on the left side. How do you create products for these? The ‘Web & Social Media’ is interesting…

PS: Back in the day I used to sell templates on eBay (digital and burned on CDs) and I sold a lot of them in fact. So I‘m kinda interested in the answer too. 🙂

When I am in my store backend and on the Products tab, I see a list of departments running down the left side of the screen. In that list, I see Templates. When I click on it, it says "no products found". Same goes for a couple of other items in that department list, i.e. images and elements. Clicking on those departments also indicates "no products found". They look like new departments created by Zazzle, but nothing Is in them. Perhaps Zazzle can respond as to why these departments show up in our store departments list.

They aren't new departments. They have been in that sidebar since around 2019. If you are part of the group that is/was allowed to create "secondary content" (the backgrounds and all the elements you see in the create tool that are for customers only), that is where you would see the designs you added to the secondary content. All of that secondary content still exists for customers to use, but I am like 99% sure that that program is defunct as far as adding new creators and possibly any new content. I think that you would have to contact Z directly to find out for sure because they never really answered questions about it in the forums.

I was not a part of that group that added secondary content, but I still have those departments showing in my store backend. Oh well...

They show on everyone's accounts. There were threads when it popped up way back when.

I thought that I had created the "Templates" folder. I put my own templates (images I want to use on later products) in there.
