I have had a store on Zazzle for a while, but recently I went in and adjusted a few things, organized the store more, and removed old designs that weren't getting any views. However, there are still no views, and the zRank isn't changing from 1. I’ve updated the descriptions and tags, but there's no change. Could there be issues with the store that are causing this?"

A Z rank of 1 means that you probably have not completed your store properly. Follow all of the prompts in your store and complete them.

You only have one design pasted on all of your products. If customers don’t like that design, then you will not get any sales.

What does the term “brownfield flowers” mean? I’m betting that customers are not searching for that term.

I think it might be better simply by being more specific: "Daisy wildflowers on Brown Background." (There's no such thing as "brownfield.")

@Jadendreamer13 is correct. You have only one design, and to be honest, those flowers might look better without brown in the background. However, even if it were the best ever illustration of daisies, it might not help. Sales are currently down across the board, and you're new with a single design. Even in the best of times and with a variety of designs, it can take months for people to make a first sale.

Wikipedia has a good article about Brownfields.

There was also a majolica pottery company named Brownsfield and Sons in the mid- to late 1800s. I checked to see if they made the pattern used here, and they did not. So that was also a coincidence.

Brownfield is a term in the UK meaning wasteland which was formerly an industrial site or somewhere there were buildings and infrastructure that has been cleared. Open land which is not suitable for anything other than new development. Of course you get wild flowers taking hold in such areas, and that is what I would imagine the original poster's image to be.
