Changing Royalty Rates

Good morning,

I've been trying to change my royalty rates. I know that Zazzle implements changes after the 20th, but I thought I would change them now and have them done so Zazzle can change them after the 20th.

When I change it, initially, I get a message that states my changes were saved. But when I go back to check a little later, the royalty rate wasn't changed.

Do I wait until after the 20th to change my royalty rates or are my changes saved, but they just don't show?

@whimsywhim It's hit or miss these days. In theory when you change the royalty it "should" show in the Royalty Information but that's been broke for ages.

I've had some that change immediately and some that won't change at all so who knows whether they'll change on the 20th (which is when they "should" if you've asked it to)

You cannot be serious. So we might or might not be wasting hours of our time changing royalties only to be hit and miss? <heavy sigh> Good grief, just good grief.

This happened to me last month.. it was no change initially, but after the 21st some products were showing the new royalty rate, others on the 22nd and after a few days, all products had the new royalty rate.

It seems like it is still a hit and miss. So no solution as far as I can see.
