Why did I lose access to WAX SEALS?????

Why did I suddenly lose access to wax seals? I've never had a problem with excessive returns, and there was no communication from Zazzle. But now I cannot make any more wax seals or stamps; they don't show up in the Create Your Own search, and if I go to an existing product, the option to make my own isn't there any more!

That's strange. Mine are all there of both types of wax seals. And I just tried to create another from an existing design of mine and was able to publish it just fine.

I can't see the 'create your own' option on other people's, and I also can't see it under 'transfer this design' search. But I can go into one of my old ones, and edit and post for sale still.

My existing seals are still available. But i can't make new ones from either the Create Your Own, or someone else's product, and I can't transfer a design onto that product.

Yes, it's late but I just looked again and they're still not listed under Create Your Own or via Transfer this Design, like you mentiond. I was only able to publish those new designs via both types of wax seals by editing my existing ones. Probably another type of glitch going on... but at least they're all still visible in the marketplace.

My wax seals all are marked with a “Discontinued product option” label but it’s unclear so far what’s been discontinued. That could explain why they’ve been removed from Create and Transfer at least for the time being. Maybe one of the sizes is going away? Or like the paper products, new options in place of the old ones with migration to the new? I guess we have to wait to find out. Is this yet another product line that we’ll have to do the time consuming one by one merchandising option changes? It smells like more work for designers with no bulk merchandising change tool in sight. 😳

When I first got approved to design on them, I bookmarked the blank embosser product page for easier access. I can access it perfectly from that product link with no issues. I don't know if it is ok to post the blank product link here though.

Hi, are you talking about the wax seals/stickers? Or the metal embossed stamp to paper? I've never designed on that one.

Late last night when I last posted above, none of my wax seals were showing as discontinued via backend. But a little while later after doing something else I then noticed via backend that all of my Wax Seal Sticker Sheets suddenly said Discontinued (except for one of the two newly created ones from earlier yesterday). Note that all of mine are set to 1.25" Diameter in various colors. So I tried adding a couple to shopping cart two separate times, and was able to do that. It was very late about 1:00am so I wanted to get to bed, and wait until this morning to see what backend said.

Just now I was again able to add Wax Seal Stickers to shopping cart, even though backend says Discontinued. So not sure if order would go through for customers.

Odd part is earlier yesterday as mentioned I created a couple newly designed Wax Seal Stickers via my existing ones. As of this morning only the one is still not showing as discontinued out of all of them.

My designs via 1" Stamps with Wax Bead Colors do not show as discontinued via backend. But didn't see it via Create Your Own. I created a new one yesterday via one of my existing ones.

Guess have to wait and see what Zazzle says regarding these.

Hopefully just a glitch! They added so many nice new wax colors awhile back. And they look so nice.

Another possibility for discontinued wax seals which may be the most likely: perhaps they’re discontinuing poorly selling wax color options. If a listing is on a color no longer offered, that choice would be labeled “discontinued”. My uneducated bet is on this outcome. We shall see.

I suspect that the most likely option is that poorly selling wax colors might be discontinued, not the wax seals themselves. That’s my uneducated guess. Time will tell.

Yep, it's gotta be because of the 1.25" diameter. Mine in that size are showing discontinued, too, in the back end.

Not sure since all mine are 1.25" Diameter. The one of the two that I created yesterday from existing wax seal stickers that didn't show discontinued as of this morning, did end up changing to discontinued later today, but I figured that it would same as the rest of them.

I changed the size of one about an hour ago to 1" Diameter, but it still says discontinued via backend. So didn't make a difference.

Hopefully it's a glitch since it only says discontinued via backend. But you never know as it could be something else regarding them.
