Are towels discontinued? I tried to create a towel, and the message is my search term doesn't match any products.

Chatted with a human, and Zazzle is aware of the problem and is working on it. AI "Zee" was totally useless.

I can not create any new products. I get the same message. Hopefully, the issue will be fixed soon.
