Curious Occurrence With Promoter Program 2 (PP2) Referrals

I wasn’t sure how to title this but I’m curious if anyone else has ever had this happen?

I just had a very odd (at least in all my experience) situation. My sales increased by 12. I noticed that my earning didn’t increase so I immediately knew that this was related to a referral from my Promoter Program 2 that had a customer buy someone else’s products.

We no longer seem to get notifications on these in our history or email so I’m thankful that @Malissa mentioned the Zazzle Earnings App in a recent community post. The Earning App shows me that all 12 product sales were on the blank “Add Your Image” “Add Your Text” products. There were 10 different product purchases with two each on men’s and woman’s tees.

I normally see one order so this is just very odd to me.

I saw something like this around the holidays 10 different canvas prints all created individually from a blank "add your own image" template.

I think that means each one was customized differently, except the 2 that were together so they show as individual purchases even though they were most likely all purchased at the same time. It could also be more than one purchase and/or more than one customer.

Thanks to you sharing the information about the Earning App or I would have had no idea what that was all about.

I'm guessing that they were all customized differently too but a possibility that they realized a photo or art worked on each different product. I had just never seen that many different items on a lost referral all at once like that.

I'm guessing it was the same customer because the jump of 12 sales was all at once. I hope they enjoy whatever they added to each item. 😂

I am glad you are finding the app helpful!

I had 8 zero referrals all at once like this back when people were buying masks like crazy, and it was 8 different masks from a few different stores so it does occasionally happen. I also had someone buy like 11 softballs a couple of summers ago from the create your own and all were listed separately in my referrals (from the regular affiliate program that I still promote from also), but all with the same timestamp so they had to have customized each differently and purchased all at once. I always figure they are adding names for personalized gifts. This also happens quite often when I sell name badges as well. I would guess your t shirts that were 2 of each were mother of the bride and father of the bride and the rest bridesmaids and/or groomsmen gifts potentially, but who knows!
