@Caprice
From the maker website, says only this--
easy peel and stick assembly.

My old-timer educated interpretation is that it is foam core board with adhesive on back, peel off the backing to reveal the adhesive, and stick it onto wherever you plan to use it. There were no suggestions as to where to use or not use it. Their site could use a more detailed description, and suggestions as to how to remove it if it isn't exactly where you want it. No mention of whether the foam core board yellows over time, or whether the image is sealed or coated for fade from uv, No warning about placing in direct sun. If there was more info there, it was fairly well hidden for a casual customer to try to find.

Also wanted to further add—regarding the product name/description “faux wrapped canvas”—-
Btw faux=false, I’m a traditionally trained and educated (illustrator and) painter, having built way too many stretcher frames, stretched and primed my own canvas, then painted on them with oils then acrylics when they first were introduced. Canvas should not be comparative in the product name to foam core board, you can’t wrap foam core unless you have a mighty powerful heat gun (which I have) and even then you will only ‘melt’ the “foam core” part of the ”sandwich”. Even tho most customers are pretty savvy, calling a product “faux” wrapped canvas is trendy but misleading and can confuse the customer, from my pov. Better to change the name, call it what it is.
