Creating multiple products for the same design

Total zazzle newbie here - I searched and can't find if this question has already been asked - but is there a simple way to upload an image onto many products (eg tshirts, posters, cards and blankets) all at the same time, or do I have to create each product (including canvas prints, posters, other wall art products) one at a time? I've read all the help articles I can find, and I'm getting really frustrated with the whole zazzle product creation process.
