All of my designs with the word rape (2) are being reviewed at all three ratings. All month. No communication. Why? It's just a quote no swearing. What's the issue?

Thanks for the resource but doesn't explain the problem. The word cancer is true and negative. So are a LOT of other words. And people sell work on that subject all the time. If we can't discuss reality in art then it's worthless, won't compel purchase, and we are trapped in the Truman show. We allow nudity. That's pornographic images. Nothing is more negative than that.

I think because the R word is sexual and things like that are behind the content filter, like M for mature 18+. Cancer however is a physical illness. Also if you try to create Zippos for example that company gets the final say so on designs going onto their lighters. I'm not sure if there are any other products like that. If you have them set at the highest maturity rating and still not getting published a human probably needs to look at it.
