Long time ago i made some stupid tshirt and forget about it. Now i logged to my account and it shows "current total balance -0.08$". Do i owe money to Zazzle for selling 5 tshirts?

This happened a few years ago now - there's a small fee for abandoned shops. If you don't make a new item, make a sale or earn a referral within a 15 month period you get charged a non-contributing account fee. It'll keep going until you have a zero balance - I would guess you only had $1.92 the last time you got 'charged'. You don't actually owe them any money.
