Lost Packge or stuck at the post office? Its been over 3 weeks!

This order was shipped out on Shipped: 9/19/2022 3:01:49 PM and haven't arrived yet. I checked the tracking and it says

9/22/2022

Shipment Delivered to USPS, Package Acceptance Pending
Pacoima, CA

I called USPS on live and couldn't talk to a live person; just an automated voice. and was told it was :9/21/2022
12:39 PM
Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item
Fontana, CA

nothing about 9/22/2022

Its been over two weeks and the package hasn't arrived. What is going on. Is it lost in delivery or is stuck at the post office.
