Just for some clarification... (you can't charge a zero royalty), but if you could and did you'd receive nothing... the royalty is the payment for your work. The base rate is the payment for Zazzle and the maker's work.

What's the easiest way to make a design public? I don't want to charge a royalty so that people won't have to pay extra. Can the buyer make any changes, like change to a different kind of shirt, or make the graphic bigger or smaller? Thanks.

Making designs public: when you publish a design it defaults to being public. That only changes if you change the setting from "public" to "direct only" or "private". So just don't change the setting and your products will be public.

Royalty: 0% royalty is not an option. The lowest is 5%.

Buyer making changes: the default is for the customer to be able to go into the design tool and make changes such as resizing graphics. That only changes if you change the default setting from "show Customize button" to "don't show". If you change nothing, the customer can make changes. Leaving this at the default and changing nothing also means the customer can use the Transfer Design function to transfer the design to another product.

Hope this helps.
