How long does it take to have you Proseller status show up on you profile? As far as I can tell, I have earned above $100 in royalties even when deducting the royalties achieved from purchases made in other countries.

You will get the Prosellers banner/little flag that says Proseller, probably even before you get the email notification from z.
Aalso do this—-check the following box in your account advanced settings—->

Pro Badge

Show my Pro-Creator status level on my profile, stores and product pages once I've reached Pro ranking
