I missed the date to opt out of digital. I want to opt out of digital. Is there going to be another date set to opt out?

From the FAQ
Can I opt out of Instant Downloads? You have until January 12, 2023 to opt out of the one-time Digital Migration. To opt out of Instant Downloads, you can go to your Store's Advanced Settings (Store > Setting > Advanced Settings) and unchecking the box labeled "Migrate my eligible products to be sold as an Instant Download." After January 12, 2023 you will have the ability to manage which products you want to make available for Instant Downloads using the Products Tab of your Store Management Dashboard.

you will have until January 12, 2023 to either enable your store for Instant Download migration or opt-out of Instant Downloads. After January 12, 2023, you will need to manually opt-in or opt-out of Instant Downloads in the Products Tab of your Store Management Dashboard.

Here is how to opt out manually:

2. Enable/disable products individually or in bulk. This will allow you to add or remove individual products from the digital offering. This process should be fairly familiar: Select the product(s) then use the Actions dropdown menu to Enable or Disable. If you’re looking to enable multiple products at once I’d suggest filtering by “Eligible” products, then select all of the desired products.
