The point is that we don't see it any more when we start a product design. Do you still see the same menu choices in the Invitations and Stationery Category? I don't see Graduation, Anniversary or Birthday? We were told if you didn't choose one of these correctly, your products would not place well in the marketplace.

Hello all! Maybe I've been living under a rock and this is a ridiculous question, but I'm not seeing the paper tree pop up when I start a new design. Is that not a thing anymore? I thought we had to choose a specific category of paper (ie birthday, graduation, etc) in order for Zazzle to promote it correctly. Maybe they changed it and I missed the announcement?

No you haven't been living under a rock. I just posted asking about this in the Ask a Question section. I thought I was losing my mind when I didn't see it. The paper tree doesn't show any more, when you are creating invitations etc. Zazzle mods, no one official has responded. I don't really care, except I don't want to create products and use the wrong paper. If this is not still a thing, it would be nice, if they would tell us to forget it. I find the lack of communication very frustrating - since they made such a big deal about it a couple of years ago.

I'm not sure what you're referring to. I always start from a blank from one of the links in the article I posted to, and I don't recall ever choosing a category until I post it for sale. Maybe I've been doing it wrong all these years? Where are you starting from that you see a "tree?" (...or used to see a "tree, that is.)

I would go to the links in the top left corner of my profile homepage. Click on Create Your Own, Then go to Invitations and Stationery. or Weddings. Under Invitations and Stationery I would choose Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation etc. Under birthday I would choose Sweet 16, 30, 40, 50 or 60. A few days ago all these options just disappeared. When the paper breakout occurred, this is how they told us to do it. Not every birthday had a category, but "they" said to use it if there was one to ensure best MP placement. Perhaps I missed the notice this was no longer necessary.

It is times like this when I really miss the old forum posts. They were our institutional memory.
