Help Please- where is the html code to add products to the Show Me forums?

I know I'm missing something obvious, but how do I add products to the Show Me forums so that not just the link, but the product image shows up? I used to be able to use the share button, and get the HTML code, but now when I click that button, it only gives me 4 options- Copy Link, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest!

Got to your "Products" page and find the product you want to share. Underneath it click on "Share"

Then Click on the "Link" icon.

Select and copy everything in the "HTML" textbox.

Go back to forum you want to share it to. Click on the three dots to expand the toolbar.

Click on the "HTML" icon.

Then paste your code into the textbox that pops up.

One additional note on this: After inserting the code and clicking the blue button (text on it is hard to see with its black text on dark blue), you'll receive an error notice in red claiming there's something wrong. Nothing is wrong. Just click again and the image will show up.

@Connie -- At least you are getting something to click on the button (Assuming you are using the SHARE on the store contents page - not the item product page) When I click on the SHARE button, all I am getting since yesterday is an empty white drop-down "balloon". The ACTIONS button is working as usual.

@SJoy Your explanation is how things used to work. No go today, as stated above.

In the "old days" we had the dropdown SHARE option on the products page, as well as the SHARE button that worked the same on the actual product page. Now we have to put on our programmer's hat to work with HTML in our messages.

That's strange that it is not working for you. I just took those screen shots this morning and I just now checked to see if it still worked on my end and it does. Must be something going on tech side perhaps?

I remember when we had the working button on the product page itself. So much easier back then. Now it seems we are always having to find work arounds.

You didn't have, say, a browser upgrade or add a new extension to it, did you? I know, you probably thought about this. Do you have another browser you can test it on? If what you're experiencing doesn't remedy itself, maybe you'll have to post it in the tech forum.

Well, I compared my desktop (Windows 10) and my new laptop (Windows 11) and the drop down menu is active on W-10, not on W-11. Will report on technical thread.

Thank you very much! I was on the product page, not the back end page, and that's why I couldn't find it. It works fine from the back end.

Actually, I was using the product page, that's why I couldn't find it. But from the back end it's working fine. You must have a technical glitch or something.

All this time, I thought Zazzle took that option away from us. Now I know it is in our backend of it.
