Group Products (Design Theme Color Dots)

Hello team, few weeks ago I manually Grouped several products with similar designs with color variations only. Few days later I was able to see the Design Theme color dots when I do a keyword search for those products, but color dots doesn’t seem appear on the product page when I select it. (See below image). What's causing it, and anyway to fix that? - Thanks

Manual Grouping is very hit or miss and takes loads of time for it to fully index.

Sometimes it works but most times it doesn't.

Put all the grouped leggings in a collection in the meantime so that they stay together as a family
