A new member I have several 'management' issues

1) I have uploaded 151 images, created products with them all and put these into My Albums.

2) ‘My Products’ (all products) show just 77 products – what happened to the other 74 products?

3) How do I access the products in ‘My Albums’ so that I can create more products?

4) Collections:

Your ‘Help’ pages state:

“Browse the site for something interesting.

“Once you've found a design that you love, click through to the product page and look for the 'Add to collection' icon (it's a small icon, made out of three horizontal lines and a plus sign).”

This icon only appears on ‘Latest Products Created’ and not on anything else...

1. Brilliant

2. As a new store, it takes time for the site to index it and to populate it it with your products. Even seasoned pros have to wait for products to appear in their stores. It just takes time.

3. To create more products with your images, you need to first select a product from either the big blue button 'create new product' in your store or by visiting https://www.zazzle.com/custom/gifts

Once you have selected which product you want to make, click on it and press - customize this design.

You will able to access your images through the 'my files' tab in the design tool where if you open full image browser will take you to all of your images and albums. You can also get to your images via your member profile (not the forum member profile) and selecting My Images. You can't create products from there - you need to go to https://www.zazzle.com/custom/gifts first.

4. To create collections, you can either go to your store backend and select the collections tab and there's a huge + button or you can via the individual products by pressing the actions drop down and ' add to a collection'

You can create collections this way or add to existing ones that you've made

The help pages are probably a bit out of date as we've been having some changes around here.

On the product page there the Listing Tools which you can use to add to collections but it's easier (and quicker) to do via your store back end actions dropdown

edited to add - you can get to your store backend via your profile - click on stores tab then click on the store name

The My Products tab from this view shows saved designs and not products that are in your store. (for me anyway)

Suggestion: Once you've found the key pages you know you'll go to consistently such as Images and Products, bookmark them. I have those links in my Bookmarks Toolbar at the top of my browser so I can get to them with a single, very quick, click.

following your link for 'all products' I now have the 'actions' tab to add my products to a collection. This adds an image to my collection but it is not consolidated there and disappears when I close the collection?

Do you mean it disappears from the product's display and you can no longer go there, or do you mean it disappears from the collection listed on the display page? If it's the latter, this is normal because the product is already displayed and there's no reason to repeat it in the collection shown below it. If, however, it disappears from the actual collection, that's a whole other ball of wax and shouldn't be doing this.

The link tells me that these designs are in progress which means they are saved and not yet published i.e you've not yet posted them for sale

@Turnu2 your collections are in a different area than your products in your store. Once you have added to a collection that you have created, make sure that it's assigned to your store

then press done to save.

Then you can tab to your collections tab and see them there.

That will assign that collection to your store

Are you creating on the .co.uk or the .com site?

It sounds like you are on your member page and not in your store .
