Decoupage tissue paper

Looking at one of my tissue paper designs, underneath it showed the line of "other designs", like it does, and there were some cool decoupage tissue paper designs, with totally different product pics than what my products show. One with scissors and a decoupage brush, etc. How do you get that, rather than the regular boring images? I tried transferring my design, thinking maybe there was just a newer tissue paper version, but no luck. I searched for "decoupage", but no luck there either. Anyone know? Thanks.

It's a cover photo that people made on their own and uploaded.
