How do you get permission and start a Disney or Star Wars /Marvel type store? I have looked everywhere!,

Those stores are all officially licensed brands that have partnered with Zazzle- official College stores, Marvel, Disney, Harry Potter, etc. There used to be a fan merch program you could apply for, but I don't think they have it anymore. Basically, you can't open a store with any brands like that or create products for your own stores.
