Can I get an inactive account's name?

Hello,

So I have a phone cases store called "Nutcases", and I couldn't use that name because it was already taken. But if you check that store, it's totally empty and still is after months, as you can see: nutcases: Designs & Collections on Zazzle
I had to choose the nme "NutcasesOk".
Anyways, I wanted to know if I could get that name for my store, and if that would change my already promoted product links.

I have a similar situation, and as far as I know, there's no way to ever get it. In my case, I should have picked the right name from the start, but I was dumb, and didn't do that, and now I can't. The other store has NEVER been active, for more than 10 years, but there seems to be no way to get Zazzle to delete it. I even have a registered trademark on my business name, but it doesn't extend to website urls, I guess.

Back in the day in the early aughts designers would think of clever store names and create accounts for them and then sit on them. Their strategy was to keep other designers from using those clever names. Then soon after stores were hit with a weird bug where we couldn't delete empty categories. This has led to not being able to delete some old stores we no longer use.
