I’m not sure I’m understanding the referral link thing and hope someone can clarify for me. A couple of friends mentioned they were going to purchase some things off my store for Christmas so I said I’d send them a link to use that would mean I got a referral fee too. They were happy to help me out by doing this so I sent them the referral links, which they used right away - like in the next couple of minutes after receiving them - and I never got the referral fees. Am I misunderstanding how they work? Why did I not get the referral fees?

If they had already visited Zazzle, they already had cookies set from their previous visit.

I second CreativeDesign on that, they probably had a Z cookie already soaking up the space. Also, if you give anyone your affiliate link to purchase from you, tell them to clear their cookies before clicking it so your referral cookie will stick.

May I clarify? So if anyone visits Zazzle for any reason at any time, that original cookie will *always* be there?

I believe it stays for 45 days before dropping off
