Check not Received, but is marked "Cleared"

I have not received my commission check from 11/1/2023, but it shows in payments history as "Cleared".

What should I do?

Give them a moment.. checks weren’t mailed until just a few days ago and it is the postal services busy season… Cleared doesn’t mean it was cashed, just that it was cut and mailed.. I haven’t received mine yet and have informed delivery, so know when my mail goes astray.
