First Time Store Import On Snuggle Hamster

Hi guys, I've been working on importing all the products from my Zazzle store into Snuggle Hamster. I have around 450 products in total and opted for the 'import all' feature. It's been about 12 to 14 hours since I initiated the import, but I haven't seen any products imported into Snuggle Hamster yet.

Could anybody please clarify if the initial import typically takes this long, or if there might be a technical issue causing the delay? Has anyone else recently encountered a similar issue when importing their store?

@Trilok_10That's not normal for Snuggle Hamster but I know that Jim just updated the data base. I'm sure he will soon pop up here with more info regarding your question.

Hiya. I'm so sorry about that. I had to give the importer a kick to restart it. It'll probably take a couple hours to catch up with all the stores pending refresh.

I'd like to suggest that you try our Contact us page when you run into a tech problem. You'll get a faster response usually. Also consider joining our Discord server. We've got an active community there. Loads of discussion about Zazzle, SHD, and so forth. Plenty of people happy to help. Cheers.
