Seamless Pattern Creators

When I need to create seamless patterns, there are two tools I go to most often:

1. https://repper.app/design/# You have to subscribe, but it's very affordable. There are 40 tiling possibilities, 18 seamless, and 22 seamed. It's very easy to use. It's what I use most often.

2. https://www.imgonline.com.ua/eng/make-seamless-texture.php Free. But has very limited tiling possibilities. I do use it on occasion, though, and I like it.

3. https://artlandia.com/ Expensive, but very nice program. Three platforms--one for Adobe Illustrator, one for Photoshop, and one stand-alone. I don't know if it works with Procreate. I've used it in the past, before I found Repper. Easy to use.
