Store Banner Size

I made my store banner at the recommended Zazzle size:

Image Asset Sizes Needed for Your Store

If you’re a new Creator or Maker and you’re building out your storefronts for the first time, don’t rely on the default image sizes to represent what it is you’re selling. Spruce it up as a way to brand your store and yourself! Tell a story with the images so customers will want to learn more about you and what you create.

Below are the image sizes we suggest you use so you can have your store looking in top-tip shape:

Banner

The main banner to your store should be at least 2280 pixels wide by 380 pixels in height (e.g. 2280 x 380).

When creating a banner at this size, during the upload the crop forces a smaller size. After experimenting, I discovered that 1380 x 380 worked almost perfectly.

WHY would Zazzle recommend the 2280 pixels when there is a forced crop to make it smaller?

I signed on with the same question as VH creative photo and its 5 months later so Zazzle hasn't resolved this. I've made this new holiday banner 3 times at the recommended (and as of yet unedited) size and it will not load. With all the new media manager, tik tok blah blah Zazzle now wants us to do, spending extra time chasing bad information is really frustrating.

If nothing has changed in the meantime (I don't think so, my images work still perfectly fine and sharp), use these sizes for your store and collection banners. You will get zero cut-offs and they look perfectly:

Store banner: 2048 x 565 pixels
Collection banner: 1140 x 315 pixels

Note that the store banner gets resized and cut depending on the device and that the collection banner doesn't show up in mobile view (unless this has been changed).

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I wasted hours trying to design a banner that would fit. Your dimensions of 1380x380 is spot on!!!!!!!
