Competition on Zazzle is very stiff and you have to work to improve your design skills, research niches you would like to design for. Add template fields to your products for customers to personalize easily on the product page because that is the biggest thing that sets Zazzle apart from other PODs. It is a slow game to make money here unless you have a following that you are bringing to Zazzle to purchase your designs. There are lots of threads in the forums helping with some of the same questions I am sure you have.

However, Zazzle customers generally have refined tastes and are attracted to the customization options that Zazzle offers for their daily needs. Therefore, it is crucial to provide not only a visually appealing design but also a useful product and customizable feature. Initially, when I visit your store and click on any of the products, there is no immediate indication that the store is dedicated to charity..., give indications to customers so they can connect....
