Please Help, Royalties Canceled

Can someone please help me to understand why my royalties are being canceled? All of my payment information seems to be correct. I no more than sold an item and my royalty earnings says canceled in pink. I have checked with both of my buyers and they assure me that they have not canceled their orders. Thanks in advance for your help.

Zazzle can cancel the sale if during the order process when it's reviewed by a human, they find something in the design is an IP infringement.

ETA - I thought though that when that happens they also remove the product. Happened to me years ago with something I made for personal use and myself & sister were both trying to purchase. We both got emails that the sale was canceled and our payments refunded, and the product was removed.
