I Got this message form zazzle ( Please revise the Additional Conditions on the last line of Part II Section 10. It would help to keep in mind the type of income you receive from Zazzle. It may also help to refer to the type of work you do on Zazzle. Please search for the subsection “Royalties” (by using “Ctrl” + “F” in your web browser) on the following webpage for clarification.) ?

this what I wrote ( Royalties for selling photo and 5.00% rate withholding under the article sectoin listed above . )

but they not accepted , did any one know what to write please hlep

I looked up what I did on my last form. This is what I put: "Creation of artistic works (designs) sold on Zazzle online web stores on a range of goods."

just let you know it works.

i got this message form zazzle ( We wanted to let you know that your submitted W-8 form (and affidavit, as necessary) has been processed and your account has been updated. Depending on your account balances, requests, and preferences, you should see a pending payment process shortly on your Zazzle Payments History tab. Funds are released on a monthly basis (again, depending on thresholds, balances and requests) around the 15th. Please note requesting funds in your Zazzle payment setting will not change this date. This function is simply for under threshold requests to be included in the next payment cycle which also applies a fee. More details can be found on your Payment settings page. )
