Change postcard paper type (thickness) by default

Does anyone know if you can change the paper type of postcards by default? I mean, for designs that have already been created and / or for designs that are still to come.

The default paper type is 12.5 pt and a second option is 18 pt.

I have ordered some, and the cards are very nice, but the thickness is too thin for postcards in my opinion.

I would now like to set all the ones I have already made to 18 pt as standard. It would be very helpful if this could be done in a group (as we could change royalty rate for several products at once).

It would also be good if the thicker version was set by default when creating new designs, then neither the designer nor the customer has to pay attention to this.

From the product page, click "Edit Details" --> "Product Merchandising" --> "Change Options".
Select your options, click OK/Done.

You can also do this from the back-end. Click to open the Actions drop-down, then "Edit Details" ...

This only works if i do it one by one (if i am correct). However, if i want to change more than one postcard at a time, the product merchandising field doesn't appear...
