Royalty changes not updating

I have changed my royalty rate 2-3 days ago but it seems it didn't stick. Is this a general issue or perhaps is it too early in the morning (afternoon for me) to see the updates today? Thanks.

I changed my royalty about 2-3 weeks ago, and the change has not taken effect yet, either.

@Anne-Marie Technically changes to your royalty rates should happen after the 22nd of the month. However, during the April 1st (not so funny) changes to the TOS and how royalties are calculated Zazzle enabled us to change rates to happen automatically. They do change but it is taking several days to see the royalty change.
This thread you may find interesting.

I do not know when the old process of once a month the 22nd will come back. But for now, it's still constant but slow.

Are they still allowing changes throughout the month though? I thought that was only through early May? Maybe I'm wrong or missed something?

Hmm.. I see.. well, time will tell I guess. I will check again in 1 or 2 days to see if something has changed royalty related.. Thanks!

They still are allowing changes. It's taken me two or three days. Read the thread via the link in my first response in this thread. 😁

The schedule is supposed to be back to the regular 20th of each month.

-------->Note: Even tho the post states the 20th of the month, the updates don't seem to process on the 20th for most of us, from what is posted here on the forums. It says add in an extra 24–48 hours for your updates to appear.
Caveats: Unless you do it on Friday, then you may not see anything changed till Monday....Or if you make changes just before a long 3 day holiday weekend,for example.

I have been trying to change royalty rates. Sometimes, they take, other times they don't. I understand that Zazzle will change the rates after the 20th of the month. But why, now, do some royalty rates change and others don't? It's a bit frustrating.
