Neither one is ‘better’ than the other- they are good for different things. Vectors work better for drawings and pixel based images for photos.

Thank you, I do have a question I create designs with both Adobe photoshop which is Pixels and Inkscape which is Vector. Will Adobe Photoshop (pixels) be fine for this site I also upload them as Jpeg. Vector I upload as png. Thank you.

Photoshop files work great on Zazzle. But save them as .png files instead of jpegs.

My designs are made in Inkscape, I upload them as png files and sometimes svg files because zazzle's design tool allows changing colors in svg files which is great if you want to upload design elements and use them to create different designs in zazzle

Vector art is made of shapes constructed out of lines and points. As a result it can be indefinitely upscaled without any loss in quality. If you work in vector and upload as .svg you can upscale indefinitely. If you create simple .sgv shapes, you can use these in masks and fill with pictures and colours.

It is possible to create a photoshop file using a mixture of airbrushing and vector shapes to keep the sharpness of the image as it is upscaled indefinitely. At the end of the day you will still need to output a jpg or a png.

Jpegs are great if you are working with large photoshop files. for e.g. blankets and duvets where size matters. Save them out but watch the size. You'll see that just by compressing the jpg by 20% makes a huge difference to the file size. (always keep the original uncompressed file)

PNGs. use these where you need to keep part of the image with transparency - say you are making a sticker and you want it to be an irregular shape. Watch for growing file sizes.
