    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.zazzle.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/71231"&gt;@Joanna&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have heard from the team, but they keep telliing me that it will take more time. Can someone PLEASE tell me what the problem is? It is very frustrating to not be able to talk to someone on the phone. I really need this paperwork now. It is March 10th, and I was hoping to have my taxes submitted a month ago. I need to know that amounts for my royalties and referrals that Zazzle will submit to the IRS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>1099s Missing in Action</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am having MAJOR issues getting my 1099s resolved (they were sent to the wrong address and then they sent me them digitally after weeks, and the amounts are wrong). This has been going back and forth for weeks now, and I am tired of waiting for someone to help me. I cannot believe Zazzle does not have a telephone number to speak to someone at corporate. This is unacceptable and bad business practice. I cannot submit my tax return until I have my 1099s from Zazzle. I had to go through "Zee" to get a human agent, and she was of little help, telling me I will have to wait until the end of February. By law, Zazzle is required to get our 1099s to us by January 31st.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have been patient. I want an explanation as to what is going on and how the issue with the incorrect 1099s is going to be resolved. There is no way that Zazzle is operating without phones in their corporate offices. The fact that theyrefuse to allow designers to talk to someone is ridiculous. Do you know that Zazzle's BBB rating is a D-? This is the reason why. There is a total lack of customer support for people who purchase on Zazzle and for designers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am still waiting since Feb 9th for an answer as to if mine is correct. It went to support for a long while, then payment team and lastly finance team and I still don't have an answer as to whether it is correct or they mailed a new one or what. I incorrect I asked to have it sent digitally but there was no reply. I know they are busy this time of year but I need my tax refund money.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I wish they would just upload a digital copy to our dashboards. The paper versions can get lost too easily, and if there are problems, they are too slow to get rectified. I, like you, want to get my tax refund. I have been trying to get this sorted for a month now. Fingers crossed we are almost there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My issue is making sure the one sent is correct. Someone on tghe payment team got a different figure and sent it to the finance team and I still have not heard. I don't want to do my taxes till I know because this happened before and they issued me a corrected return after I did my taxes and I had to do an amended return. I have been with Zazzle for 18 years and I am so disappointed that they are taking so long. It will be a month on March 8th since I asked about making sure it was correct. I wish there was someone I could call. I'm very frustrated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
