topic Ongoing Packaging Issues Impacting Designer Reviews in General Zazzle Discussion

I wanted to bring attention to a recurring issue many of us are experiencing with stationery products.

There have been multiple instances where customers receive cards damaged due to packaging, most recently with envelopes. In one case, the card was placed under the envelope flap, and the adhesive pulled the artwork off the printed surface.

This is not a design issue, but a fulfillment issue. However, the resulting reviews are attached to our products and directly impact our shops.

There have been other production-related problems over time that are also outside of our control, but packaging—especially with envelopes—continues to be a consistent concern.

I would encourage a review of current packaging methods for stationery items to help prevent these issues moving forward.

Thank you.
