I usually make a whole suite to go with my wedding invitations. I don't always sell them along with the invitations, but I have some designs where the invitations don't sell, but the other things DO sell, so you never know what the customer's going to want, and I like to give them options. But them I have some designs that only sell invitations, and nothing else. When the foil invitations came out, I did make a bunch of invitations that don't have any matching products to go with them, and some have been selling pretty good. So I probably will eventually add more products to those.

I think it probably depends a lot on your target market, and the types of people that go for your style- some designs are more popular with budget-conscious brides, while others tend to be popular with the ones who go all out and get matching products for all aspects of their weddings. There are also the people who like to mix and match, and get the invite from one person, the RSVP from another, etc.

I have just recently gotten into making more wedding invitations. Please tell me, do you mostly sell wedding invitations or do you also sell RSVP cards, menus, favors, etc.? Do you make them individually or do you post them to collections?Trying to decide what's worth my time.

Today I sold 200 Wedding Invitations for the first time ever and just when I was starting to doubt my abilities (I was contemplating giving up on the whole wedding thing) What an ego boost! This was well worth the wait. Just an opinion, but if you are designing wedding invitations, I believe that it is worth your time to make a complete suite. You never know what can happen. Just a thought.

I started a little over a year ago - close to two years. This was my first sale of Wedding Invitations, and I can't help but wonder why the customer didn't order anything else in the suite. But that's okay, I'm happy I made this sale. Hang in there!

Hi there. Please can you advise how you go about designing the complete suite. I see the option to choose each item separately to design, but not the complete suite.

You have to do each piece separately. You can copy and paste your design layers from one to the other.

It is the very bottom choice under the ACTIONS button.
