On my wishlist is if the product mockup could be downloaded on a transparent background (not white eg bg=0x00000000) for ease of mockup creation

It looks great, and thank you for the extra features, especially the Download artwork and Download mockup; thanks so much for this. The only little thing I'm finding a wee bit difficult to do is locate the Quantity Sold in the list amongst all those numbers. If Quantity Sold listed at the top, followed by Last Sold, Last Viewed and Views, it would be easier to locate these important stats, compared to the ones that are currently listed at the top.

I like how there are so many options all in one place. Thank you.

I like the ease with which one is able to 'Modify Design'. What I would like though is to be able to fix or modify a design and keep the stats that go with the product, especially the Sales. The greeting card size seems to have changed and now I have to fix my designs to fit on the new size, but I'm not changing the design of it, and want to keep the old stats with the fixed design.

And I agree a transparent background would be nice. But I can work with this, and erase the background myself.

I liked the items I saw that were in the testing group who could upload their own background for the product, and I'm looking forward to using that tool.

We don’t all have the replace product option yet that allows that. I know I don’t. I just checked again. Hopefully soon!

I really like the new set up. I’ve been having a hard time with certain products getting a clear product image for my cover photos which kind of spoils the whole mock-up so I am super happy about the new download access!

I needed to fix the back of a greeting card so this morning I edited the design and went to post it for sale. But I realized I would lose all of the stats and didn't finish posting it, deciding to wait until I got a reply back from the Help Desk about something.

Then I saw this announcement and you replied to my comment telling me I wouldn't lose the stats, so I finished posting the edited design for sale. The stats are all gone, and it says it was designed today, not in 2010 as the original was posted.

So, I thought I'd use the new tool and modify the design, so I did that naming it as having used the modified tool. Here are the stats for the three designs.

ORIGINAL DESIGN

Orders (Last 7 days): 0

Orders (Last 30 days): 0

Orders (All time): 10

Qty Sold: 110

Last Viewed Date: 1 day ago

Last Sold Date: 3/11/2022

Date Created: 8/20/2010

Last Modified Date: 7/28/2021

Likes: 0

Royalty Percentage: 12.50%

The one I edited this morning and posted for sale this evening.

If you are using the modify option, you wouldn't be posting it for sale again.

You would "submit for review" instead.
Then you will keep the same product ID, stats and everything.

Unless they changed this within the last 24 hours, that's how it was working before.

THANK YOU!!!! This makes it SO much easier and quicker to download product images for mockups! I sort of miss seeing all the stats at a glance right at the top of the page, but that is a small thing to lose for the much bigger benefit of quickly downloading the images!

There's just one little glitch which hopefully will work itself out- when downloading, the little circle goes around and around for a long time (several minutes) before I get the pop-up asking me where to download. Everything else with my internet is working fine, so I think it's just a little glitch on Zazzle's end. Maybe just because so many people are trying out the new feature at once?

Download Artwork and Download Mockup are great new features. Screen caps were a clumsy workaround and this is better.

Have we lost the functionality to get back to all our other products with this link--the one I am outlining in red ? I used to use this link all the time. I am hoping you will add it back as part of the drop down menu, or maybe show me another one click way to get to all products.
