      <title>Getting Runaround From Support</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two weeks ago I contacted Z support telling them I did not receive my January check, was told they are in the "process of investigating". Contacted support again today saying I still have no check and have no idea what Z is doing about it. Got a reply back saying another request has been sent to "investigate this matter".&amp;nbsp; Huh?? What are you doing Zazzle about getting me the money I'm owed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
