0 Product Views (Months Old) Not Public in Store

Its an ongoing problem and no matter what I do I cannot get views to populate on certain products in my store. The products were created months ago, have been shared many times. A few of the 0 product views have likes but no view. Its the strangest thing ever! Know that the 0 view products do not show up in new products in the public section of my store. So I really need help getting this fixed.

Here’s a few of my 0 views on products and the dates that they were created.

Created 12/24/24 to date 0 views and yes I have shared and still no views. These products never went to my public store.

What browser are you using to view them? I had the same problem when using vivaldi (chrome based) - then I switched to firefox and now my views count

The analytics suck. There’s no other way to describe it. Maybe look at Google Analytics though Zazzle hasn’t fully implemented that either for creators.

2 , 3 & 4, I can see in your store.
1 is not there, but it was just created on Jan 9th so probably just hasn’t been indexed yet.

I have listed 24 products since the sloth bag (1) all 24 products have views/ have been indexed…but for some reason the sloth bag (1) has 0 views. thanks for checking 2-3-4 I will let you know tomorrow if I got the view. I feel that products are being viewed but the views are not adding up. I am getting likes and no views…something seems to be broken

I agree when analytics updated last January it made a mess of selling POD products. It was the strangest thing, all sales and traffic was coming to product that were created years ago…as if only products that had views were being indexed…so many new products are not getting indexed…its just a mess for the creators.

I use Google chrome and don’t seem to have a problem with other products. Such as my #1 product was listed on the 9th and it has 0 views but the 24 products that I created afterwards all have views. then I have some products that have 0 views and 1 like. Honestly I doubt it has anything to do with the browser. I think its a glitch.

if it was only listed on the 9th Jan - it hasn’t indexed yet . When it does - you’ll see views

Normally I will get an immediate view whenever I list something, granted it may not be indexed in the marketplace or google search. Some products fall through the cracks and never get that initial 1 view. Other products will start immediately populating views and likes. Here are a few of the products I created on the 10th. All have that 1 view and some have more views. Honestly I think the product that I made on the 9th just wasn’t picked up by Zazzle bots for that (1 view)

I’ve noticed that too. Another thing that caught my attention a few days ago is that there are products needing review that were created on a specific date, and none of them were visited. For example, let’s say I created 5 save-the-date cards on a specific day, and all of them need review, but no one visited them. So, did all of them have bad titles, texts, and tags? All of them? Surely, I won’t be able to repeat that pattern now because I’ve personally visited each design across 16 different tabs.

I’m having the same issue. I haven’t had any product views for the past month and a half.
