I get customer requests for these.
I see that a template option exists with the other envelope templates, but they’ve been listed as out of stock for years. Is there any plan to bring them back?

I’d also like to suggest custom envelopes for whatever sizes are used with half and quarter page paper sheets (5.5"x8.5" and 4.5"x5.6")
A 5.5" X 8.5" folded in half should be 5.5" x 4.25" and fit perfectly into an A2 envelope.
I’m still a bit confused about Zazzle’s 4.5" x 5.6" size though 
@KC1 Hmm… I’m confused about that too. I thought the paper sheet sizes were based on 8.5 x 11 - like halves and quarters, but you’re right the numbers don’t really work.
But anyhow, for the 5.5x8.5 size, I have some card designs on the card stock that aren’t meant to be folded. The product page indicates that they come with an envelope that fits the unfolded size - at least that’s what the pictures show, but I’m not sure what size envelope that would be!
Oh I was thinking of the stationery sheets for folding.
Hopefully the envelope for the 5.5x8.5 cardstock is 5.75x8.75, which would be an industry-standard A9. But I suppose that’s not guaranteed if they don’t mention it.
I would be great to have custom envelopes available for basically any size card that Zazzle offers so we can create matching designs.
@KC1 Hmmm… I’m totally confused about envelopes! Seriously, math is not my strong suit, and all of the numbers just make my head spin! Zazzle’s description of an A9 envelope says it’s 8 7/8" W x 3 7/8" - that’s too narrow for those half sheets, isn’t it?
Well anyway, I guess what I’m saying is that whatever size they sell with those half sheet card stock things, I wish they’d make it available as a stand-alone customizable product!
It looks like the A6 will fit the quarter sheets, though with a little bit of extra space. Help. My head hurts! 😛
I realize this is neither here nor there since Zazzle doesn’t offer either, but I FINALLY figured out why I was so confused about the envelopes for half sheet paper cards. Turns out there’s a difference between an A9 envelope (which as you said is the one that fits half sheets) and a #9 envelope which is designed for a tri-folded 8.5 x 11 sheet. Just wanted to share my excitement at finally figuring that out. Yes, I was in the remedial math class! 😛
